What you'll do: You will be responsible for the contact with users who request a specific service (after 48 hours) or resume contact with previous users. You need to understand the real needs of users, confirm company data and pass user contacts to suppliers.  Requirements ?

Who we're looking for: Native or Fluent Italian + Fluent in English (mandatory) Previous experience in contact center (preferable)  Offer ?

What we offer: Base salary + Bonus + Meal and Transport Allowances;Direct contract with the client. Schedule: Monday to Friday (09h00-18h00) ????
