As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Giving advice and information to the customers and approach it with feeling/empathy for their needsEnsuring the order and delivery process is smooth for the clientDealing with Returns and ComplaintsIdentifying root causes to continue ensuring maximum efficiency/processesHandle calls as well as written communication within guidelines establishedEnsure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each and every transactionEnsure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectivelyRecognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirementsTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
