Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Either college graduate of a 4-year or 2-year course or its equivalent, OR High School Graduate (K-12) with 6 months call center experience
Good communication skills and computer navigation skills
Experience working in the hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus but not required
Priority is for applicants with experience. Those without experience but have met the minimum qualifications can still be considered.
Experience in sales/telemarketing is also a plus but not required
Applicants should be Greece citizens or hold relevant residence status

Able to type 35wpm at 100% accuracy or its equivalent net speed
Ability to multitask
Ability to learn at a fast pace
Good comprehension and listening skills
Good written English skills
Local accent and minimal pronunciation slips are acceptable as long as grammar is okay

Fluent in Italian and English
Has proficiency in English (All training and manuals will be in English, even for non-English markets. Agents need to be able to read and interpret the documents autonomously.)
