Italian Content Moderator In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content (texts, images, videos) in accordance with company policies and community standards for the Italian market.Identify and escalate potentially illegal or harmful content to the appropriate teams.Ensure content complies with ethical and legal standards, protecting users from abuse and inappropriate material.Respond to queries related to content moderation from internal teams.Contribute to team processes and suggest improvements to enhance content moderation efficiency.Stay up-to-date with evolving content policies and moderation best practices. Requirements:
Native in Italian  – spoken and written.Good English proficiency (training will be conducted in English).Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to online safety.Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and nights. Training:
