The Global Printing Team within Client Services of SAP IT is responsible for the Management of SAP's Printing environment. This team is responsible for rollouts, upgrades, support, operations, standards, and implementation of new technologies related to our Printing Environment.
Responsibilities for SAP Managed Printing ServiceMaintaining, Configuring, and Supporting SAP's Global Printer FleetWorking within the Global Printing team and the wider IT Teams to research and implement new technologiesAssist / Drive / Implement Projects within the SAP Printing TeamProcess 3rd Level Support Technical Tickets via Service Now - remotely supporting end users and IT ColleaguesSkills / Experience / QualificationsExperience with Troubleshooting Hardware and Software TechnologyExperience as an IT Technician or similar positionStrong Ability to work as part of a Team and IndependentlyKnowledge of Operating Systems, Network Technologies, IT Hardware (especially Printers), Software & Server TechnologiesStrong Reporting Capabilities including Power BiManagement and Creation of Process Documentation & Knowledge ManagementBring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
