We are
looking for IT Talent Acquisition to join our People Scouting team in Lisbon and/or Oporto!  A challenging
opportunity as we are growing our projects & solutions!

the job There is
an immediate opening to join our growing team as an IT recruiter.

We are
growing our operation in several Lines of Business, so we are very focused in
finding, assessing and integrating great talents to be part of this journey
with us on challenging projects with national and international clients, mainly
in Europe. We are a people centered company, focused on a great Employer Value Proposition to support our recruitment and our employees!

Strong
candidates will have solid knowledge and experience in recruitment of IT
professionals, be passionate about technology, sharp on decision making,
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. We seek real talent managers
for our company, owning this process end-to-end, from first contact to proposal
presentation, launching the basis for the onboarding process. Responsibilities: Analysis of company's Recruitment Needs & Requirements with Hiring
Managers; Write and post
jobs to appropriate job boards; Source potential candidates on several platforms and social networks; Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions; Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, hard & soft skills, experience
and aptitudes; Coordinate Technical Assessments with Hiring Managers; Define and Present Financial
Proposals; Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices; Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager; Propose and implement new creative ways of achieving Recruiting
Goals; Think strategically towards the best result for each talent
acquisition process. Required
Skills and Experience: Master's
Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or
similar; Solid
experience (+2 years) with IT recruitment contexts in fast paced
companies; Understanding
of existing IT profiles, main Programming languages, Cloud ecosystems,
infrastructure, etc.; Good
verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize; Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on solutions and creative
approaches; Highly
organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize
efficiently; Self-motivated,
with high performance working independently and with others; Willingness
to learn and grow professionally; Very
Good English level, verbal and written (mandatory). What
do we value? Verbal
fluency in other languages besides English; Previous
experience in IT consultancy companies like Syone and/or Syone's
solutions: Azure (MSF), Red Hat, ElasticSearch, etc. What
