Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the development stream at the company's new Portuguese hub, including initial screenings, interviews, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations.Design and implement initiatives to optimize and enhance strategic recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.Proactively source candidates through various channels, develop diverse talent pools, and maintain robust pipelines for each role.Build and maintain long-term, win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering trust and mutual engagement.Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication of feedback between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.Contribute to recruitment planning and project growth strategies to align hiring efforts with organizational expansion goals.Requirements:3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle for technical roles.Advanced research and sourcing skills, with experience recruiting across multiple countries and platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.Proven success in closing both technical roles, including Back-end (Node.js), Front-end (Angular 16+), and Data positions, as well as management and design roles, such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Product Designers, and UI/UX Designers.At least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:
