As an IT Recruiter, you will be part of the Operations Team, focusing on Recruitment. In this role, you will interact with everyone in the company, closely with our Account Owners and development teams.
You will be responsible for managing your own pipelines and the full process of candidates, including CV screening, booking interviews, conducting technical screening questions, and cultural interviews. You will also be responsible for advertising our needs and sourcing candidates to attract the best talent.
We are looking for experienced IT recruiters to hire world-class Software, Data, Cloud, Platform, Mobile, and Quality Assurance Engineers, as well as Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Solutions Architects for our growing teams.
Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust, and collaborative work will be as relevant as any other skills, capability, or experience.
You will contribute to the decision-making process by creating and analyzing relevant data to ensure business sustainability, development, and the pursuit of the team and organization's purpose.
Currently, we are looking for people based in Portugal. Porto and Aveiro are preferred, but not mandatory, as we sometimes gather in the office to share ideas or just to be together.

Conducting 1st Calls with Technical Screening questions
Booking and conducting Cultural Interviews
Retrieving information on needs and exploring the market to find the best talent
Maintaining close contact with our partners from consultancy companies
Understanding various project needs and urgency to find the best match
Publishing Job Specs and participating in employer branding campaigns
