As an IT Recruiter, you will be part of the Operations Team, focusing on Recruitment.
In this role, you will interact with everyone in the company, closely with our Account Owners and development teams.
You will be responsible for your own Pipelines and the full process of candidates, including CV screening, booking interviews, conducting technical screening questions, and cultural interviews, both independently and with members of our Development teams.
You will also be responsible for advertising our needs and sourcing candidates to attract the best talent.
We are looking for experienced IT recruiters to hire world-class Software, Data, Cloud, Platform, Mobile, and Quality Assurance Engineers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Solutions Architects for our ever-growing teams.
Putting people first is key for this role: communication, trust, and collaborative work are as relevant as any other skills, capabilities, or experience.
You will contribute to the decision-making process by creating and analyzing relevant data, ensuring business sustainability and development while pursuing the team and organization's purpose.
Currently, we prefer candidates based in Portugal, specifically Porto and Aveiro, but this is not mandatory, as we sometimes gather in the office to share ideas or just be together.
