We are recruiting an IT Recruiter - Junior (M/F) Porto.Bring your energy and join a growing Team!Specifically, these will be your tasks:Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment;Building pipelines and manage pools of candidates according to the hiring plan;Driving the recruitment cycle from candidate identification to onboarding;Keeping track of the recruitment market development;Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events;Improving the recruitment process and its metrics.You must have:Degree in Management, HR, or Social Sciences;Experience of minimum one year in IT Recruitment (mandatory);Result-oriented and good writing skills;Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);Knowledge of French would be highly valued.Our offer:A great work experience in a diverse environment;A hybrid work model;Project for 6 months, with the possibility of continuing;Salary + Meal Allowance;Outsourcing Employment Contract.What are you waiting for?Send us your CV.
