Your responsibilities: prepare clear job descriptions and publish them on various job boardsscreen CVs and job applications, and prepare candidates' shortlistsperform in-person and phone interviews with candidatessource and attract candidates by using different channels (databases, job websites, social networks)provide candidates with employer information and benefits during the screening processcoordinate interviews with the hiring managershandle the testing process for the open positionsfollow up on the interview process statustrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire and source of hireparticipate in HR Brand related events and activities (job fairs, meet-ups, internships, etc.)maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsparticipate in other HR projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field1+ year of experience in similar role in an international/global organizationexperience in up-to-date recruitment and selection techniquesknowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and etcability to multi-task and meet strict deadlinesable to work well independently but must also work as part of a teamstrong organizational skills and focus on detailsgood written and verbal communications skillsvery good MS Office skillsEnglish: spoken and written (Upper-Intermediate).Life in Devexperts We will only achieve our mission if we live our culture.
