ProfileWe are looking for a IT Recruiter.
Requirements The candidate must have good communication skills, dynamism, creativity and a willingness to learn.
2/3 years' experience in IT recruitment; Degree in Psychology, HR or similar; Proficiency in English - mandatory; Desire to work in the IT area; Dynamism, persistence and capacity for achievement; Use your creativity and persistence to get candidates in an area where competition is high. Strong sense of responsibility; Excellent teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
Mapping and active search for candidates in the IT area; Screening and selection of profiles; Conducting interviews; Carrying out technical validations with candidates; Managing the recruitment process; Managing the entire follow-up process with candidates.
