Tasks
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications needed for open positions within Boost-IT;
Source and attract candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events;
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Boost-IT's values and mission;
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback;
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports to track the progress of open positions and improve future recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting IT professionals;
Experience in managing candidate databases, conducting interviews, and presenting job opportunities to them;
Experience in international recruitment processes (a plus);
High capacity for learning;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Persistent, dynamic, proactive;
Enjoy working in a team and goal-oriented;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
French knowledge (nice to have).
