Your New Role Lead and manage the overall IT project management function within the divisionMonitor the progress of all ongoing IT projects, intervening as necessary to resolve issues and ensure adherence to schedules and budgetsCreate comprehensive reports and dashboards to show the overall performance metrics of ongoing IT projectsDevelop and implement IT project management methods, processes, and standards to ensure the successful implementation of IT projectsEffectively communicate the IT project roadmap with the relevant IT departments as well as ongoing consultation and coordinationAct as the first point of contact for new business requirements and review the need for new IT projectsWhat You'll Need Degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a comparable fieldExtensive experience in IT project management with a track record of managing and completing complex IT projectsProven ability to lead, motivate, and manage IT project teamsStrong analytical skills to monitor and improve performance in various IT projectsIdeally PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certificationsGood knowledge of English
