IT Project Management Officer mission consists in contribute to the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a requirement expressed by a stakeholder, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines, budget, compliance rules and the Group's applicable best practices
Your Main Activities Are
The main tasks will be to monitor, follow-up and support Clarity tool requests within IT GROUP Central
Monitoring and follow-up of Clarity requests: Monitoring and following requests in clarity; Creation of profiles and Block the administrative accounts; Creation of Projects and tasks; Allocation of the resources; Creation of the WBS
Steering and support: Carry out regular reports on the status of the requests; Use the data to improve existing processes; Provide support and operational assistance to the various interlocutors
Profile and Skills to Success
At least 2 years of professional experience in clarity
Fluency in English
Ability to work
Teamwork
Organizational capacity
Ability to analyse data and produce relevant reports with rigour
