What the job looks like:
Co-create the Finance technical landscape and roadmap with Finance organization, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation;
Build a trustful relationship with business leaders of the Finance organization;
Build and maintain a stage gate process to orchestrate the process from ideation to new solutions, helping Finance business team to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas;
Act as project manager and ensure excellence in project set-up and in project execution;
Act as an advisor to Finance organization on how technology could bring business impact;
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation;
Technical lead of projects in corporate finance to ensure quality in execution;
Communication of IT projects/services to all relevant stakeholders in IT and the Finance organization;
Build and maintain process and IT application landscape of Finance.
What you'll bring to the table:
IT professional with a minimum of 7 years experience in consultancy firms or multinationals;
Strong background in technical implementations of IT solutions for Finance area for different technologies;
Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects;
Master degree in computer science, engineering or economic sciences;
Solid knowledge of Financial processes;
Good understanding of Controlling;
ITIL foundation knowledge;
Advanced project and process management skills as well as proven change management ability;
English fluent and preferably one further language.
