Sound familiar?A little taste of your day-to-day:Responsibilities:Being a trusted contact for servicing our computer hardware and making sure systems are installed properly and working efficientlyKeeping up to date with all our approved systems and technology – from LAN to POSLogging hardware and software performance, maintaining technical documentation and compiling system reportsAdministering user IDs and passwordsWhat We Need from You:Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science, IT or related field1 year of related experience with computer set-up and troubleshootingWorking knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)Team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressureWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
