It Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Oporto ( hybrid ).
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar position;
Develop and support IT tools for HR and communication businesses;
Work closely with the business teams, PM, and service manager to improve and transform IT solutions;
Definition and analysis of needs, design of solutions in collaboration with other departments;
Documentation and maintenance of the processes of solutions;
Perform verification tests and support user acceptance tests execution;
Experience on SuccessFactors, ideally on EC and interfaces design to/from SuccessFactors;
Experience as a coordinator or project manager;
Fluent in English and French.
