As an Investments Performance Analyst at Mercer, you will be responsible for calculating, analyzing and evaluating investment performance both at a for client and fund level.
Your role will involve using performance measurement methodologies, analyzing data with the help of an Investment Performance platform to provide insights to stakeholders.
As part of the performance team you will work to optimize processes and ensure accurate and trusted performance calculations.This position requires a background in Performance Measurement, Attribution and Risk (PMAR), experience with performance measurement platforms, and knowledge of industry standards such as Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).What's in it for you?

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall performance measurement function.What you need to Have:Bachelors or Master's in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.Fluent English level;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify performance trends and patterns.
