Tasks Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Answer customers' questions and provide additional information
Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of the product
Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Organise customer presentations
Prepare, submit, and follow through on offers to deal closure
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintain and expand database of prospects
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Team with channel partners to build pipeline
Stay informed about competing products
Requirements Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Interested in sales and business development activities
Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
Interest in working with Salesforce.com, Pipedrive, or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening, presentation, and sales skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated and self-directed
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven and effective collaboration skills
BSc degree or equivalent preferred
Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
Willing to grow into an international sales role
