The Role:
As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to build your own international business unit, working across various markets of your choice.
We support mixed desks, allowing you to work with both permanent and contract roles.
Your role will involve identifying and engaging with top talent, connecting with clients, and providing outstanding recruitment solutions.
Your Qualifications:
Grit and Drive: You don't shy away from challenges, and you're always determined to achieve your goals.
Sales Enthusiast: You enjoy the art of selling and are passionate about developing new business relationships.
Market Expansion: Opening new markets excites you, and you're ready to make a mark on the international recruitment scene.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting connections with candidates and clients.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish mandatory; other languages a plus. Portuguese is not required.
Degree: A degree in any field of expertise is required.
