International Mobility Assistant - Europe

ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking a dynamic and organised colleague to join our team, to be focused on a technicians short-term mobility programme across Europe.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, plan and work efficiently with different stakeholders, cross-country Strong understanding of legal and administrative aspects related to employees mobility in Europe Experience in Recruitment Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar. Good level of English (written and verbal) is required; additional language proficiency is a plus. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSABILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with various countries across Europe, regarding short-term mobility. Address legal and administrative matters related to technicians short-term mobity, assuring compliance along the process Coordinate all travel arrangements Handle and control mobility costs and liaise with finance department & payroll in home countries Manage communication with employees - before, during and after mobility Support internal communication about the mobility programme Support on recruitment processes of technicians in country, from A to Z If you are passionate about optimizing workforce mobility and ensuring employee satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity, submiting your CV.
