We are in search of an International Bid Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire bid process for international projects at Bloq.It. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. What will be your responsibilities Own, lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for international tenders, coordinating with various departments to gather the necessary information in alignment with your bid schedule; Develop a fit-for-purpose bid process that provides clarity to all internal stakeholders of their roles and responsibilities towards bids; Write, edit, and proofread bid documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements while meeting the highest quality standards; Ensure all bid documents are signed, stamped and notarized as required by the tender; Identify and assess risks associated with bid submissions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and company policies; Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, leading bid meetings and presentations on bid progress to senior management; Conduct post-bid reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide structural feedback of lessons learned; Develop and maintain a repository of approved documents and response templates to facilitate a more efficient bid response process; Daily monitoring of tender alert services for relevant and unforeseen tenders. What are the requirements to join us in this position Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management, preferably in an international context; Proven track record of owning the entire bid process and submitting timely and winning bid responses; Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a fluent command of the English language; Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines, while working effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment; High level of integrity and professionalism; Proactive and self-motivated, with a detail-oriented mindset.
