To help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people — accessible to all.As the Director of Internal Operations, you will reinvent, optimize and lead our Human Resources related operations to match Sword's needs and support the strategic objectives of the organization.
What you'll be doing:Revamp Sword's recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent while increasing efficiency;Redesign and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance;Upgrade the onboarding and off-boarding experience and process to ensure internal alignment, efficiency and smooth transitions;Build and coordinate training programs that ensure compliance and professional development;Craft and oversee leveling and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay practices;Manage innovative employee Benefits Programs to support workforce well-being;Optimize HR Systems for streamlined operations and accurate data;Upgrade accurate employee records and ensure data integrity;Build data analytics and insights to define HR strategies and decision-making;Manage and develop executive assistants (EAs) to support senior leadership;Be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team;Resolve conflicts efficiently and fairly, fostering a positive and productive work environment;Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.What you need to have:Bachelor's degree in areas as Management, Economics, Engineering, Legal, HR or related areas; Master's degree preferred;Proven experience in a senior Operations role or a senior HR operations role;Experience in managing large teams;Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to build processes to address issues;First principle thinker;Excellent conflict resolution skills;Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Valued experience in building operations from scratch;Strong knowledge of HR domains is a plus.What we would love to see:Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company;Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities;"Can do" attitude;Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels;Proven track record of implementing HR best practices or operations and innovative solutions are a plus but not required;Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with HR trends and best practices;Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;Experience working in multicultural environments, preferably in Europe and the US.
