Role: You will be providing Level 1 and 2 tickets in consideration of SLA's You will be providing Support Services in alignment to ITIL You will be supporting Presta Steering facilities in all questions of provided Support You have knowledge of ITSM tools in general and its use in alignment with standards and regulations Main Tasks: You will fulfill assigned ITSM tickets in consideration of SLAs and/or KPIs You are responsible for documenting any activities You will collaborate and cooperate in Presta Steering Group projects You are responsible for documentation of service-related activities and project related workloads Technical Skills: You have knowledge in Microsoft Client OS technologies You have basic knowledge in Microsoft Server technologies You have basic knowledge in VMWare virtualization technologies You have basic knowledge in (Cisco) Network technologies Requirement Profile: You have graduated from university or equivalent education You have multi-year practice in supporting enterprise IT environments You have ITIL Certification or alike You have good English and/or German language skills in speaking and writing Collegial cooperation and respect in dealing with each other - that's what you'll find with us for over 200 years.
