Job Summary The financial sector's reliance on technology increases vulnerability to cyber-attacks and ICT disruptions. Poorly managed ICT risks can impact cross-border financial services and broader economic stability, highlighting the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) initiative.
To help with this, Keyrus is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Finance and ICT projects to supervise the implementation of new processes related to DORA legislation. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.
This position is Hybrid in Porto. (3 days/week at the office)

Responsibilities DORA Process Implementation: Lead DORA-compliant Technical Project Planning (TPP) processes and tools in Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.Transition Supervision: Oversee integration of TPP processes during transition to BAU, ensuring full DORA compliance.Documentation & Training: Create training materials, write desktop procedures, and manage the deployment of TPP training across teams.Requirements +8 years of experience in Project Management.Background in the financial sector with hands-on DORA-related process management.Expertise in ICT risk management and information security.Deep understanding of DORA legislation and related project management practices.Certification in PMP/PMI or similar methodologies, emphasizing regulatory compliance.Skilled in stakeholder management, process integration, and regulatory reporting.Analytical & Communication Skills.Strong documentation skills with the ability to train and support teams on TPP procedures.Fluent in English.Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.What we offer at Keyrus Portugal: Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practice.Meal allowance of €8.32 per day.Flexible benefits option.Private Medical Insurance.22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days).Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) Platform.Why Keyrus?
