Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber defence strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
Work closely with other departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to cyber security.
Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's cyber defence capabilities.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the organization's cyber security posture.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISM) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
