We are in a growth phase and are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced global team environment and to work with the customer throughout the software implementation process to provide expert product and implementation knowledge, ensuring that the products are ready for customer use.Reporting to the Professional Services Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of customer implementations, from requirements gathering, installation, scripting, configuration, integration, training, testing, go live activities. Responsibilities Provide post-sales services for software implementation, scripting, upgrades and migrations. Work closely with customer and project team to ensure all deliverables are executed successfully, with quality, on time and on budget. Rapidly generate customer trust and confidence. Display a high level of technical knowledge and consistent service throughout all interactions. Gather requirements for the solution delivery, working closely with Customer, Vendor understanding use cases, commands and parameters. Drive onsite project workshops and consultation with the customer. Provide customer-facing technical documentation, including Acceptance Test Plans. Write high quality scripts as required for the solution delivery, migration, static data import etc. Maintain detailed issue tracking, action items, and troubleshoot customer issues throughout the project. Deliver onsite and/or remote product training to customers. Conduct knowledge transfer to handoff project to technical support. Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, other professional services colleagues, engineering, and technical support. Develop best practices for the services' team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline -- or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, implementing complex software solutions. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills. A strong desire to learn, experience new challenges and grow into positions of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders and technical teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
