Key Responsibilities: Review and assess user-generated content in Icelandic to ensure compliance with community guidelines.Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate teams.Provide feedback and insights on trends in user-generated content to help improve moderation processes.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices and standards.Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions in our systems.Assist in the development of best practices and guidelines for content moderation. Requirements: Native Icelandic speaker with strong communication skills.B2 level proficiency in English.Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
