Your responsibilities as a Social Media Representative for Public Associations will include:
Support for political, governmental, or similar associations
Consulting, training, and assisting these clients on product and financial or operational matters
Identifying opportunities for general optimization
Utilizing tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
Communication between clients and various departments or the company
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success in this role:
Native German speaker with fluent English skills (at least B2-C1)
Prior experience in customer service
Interest in social media
Motivated, reliable, and dedicated to your work
Pursuit of excellence and professionalism
What's in it for you?
Contract type: long-term, renewable contract annually
Working hours: rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day, Mon-Fri 7 AM - 7 PM)
Salary conditions* – 2 Options: Inclusive of free accommodation (shared housing, all bills included): €1030 gross/month
Excluding accommodation: €1400 gross/month
+ Private health insurance from the start of the contract (in addition to standard insurance)
*Approx. 20-25% tax – please refer to the cost of living in Lisbon for wage comparison with other EU countries
Compensation during successful training period (2 weeks): 50% of your hourly wage (lower taxes)
Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of your initial flight costs after 9 months, airport pickup, annual round-trip ticket for two directions to your home country (within the EU)
Assistance with formalities, opening a bank account, etc., upon arrival
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
