5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial roleStrong understanding of employment law & regulationsBachelor's degree in HR Management, BA or similarVery good knowledge of EnglishExperience with HR software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & preferably HR management toolsStrategic thinking and ability to implement long-term HR plansStrong interpersonal & communication skillsLeadership & people management skillsExcellent problem-solving & conflict-resolution skillsStrong organizational & multitasking skillsFlexibility & adaptability Occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment fairs, training sessions, or company events Applications will be evaluated based solely on the candidates' merit, without consideration of any other factors
