We are looking for a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. The intern will play a key role in supporting strategic projects that aim to enhance efficiency and drive transformation within the HR department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:Support the implementation of new HR tools in the company.Assist with data mapping, transfers, and system testing.Provide support for internal training and communication to encourage adoption of the tool.Develop and maintain a centralized digital library for HR-related documents and resources.Ensure efficient categorization, easy access, and regular updates of materials.Update and consolidate the HR procedure manual to ensure all policies are clear, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Propose improvements to the format and structure of the manual.Collaborate on the development of a more structured and engaging onboarding program for new hires.Assist in creating materials and processes to improve the new hire experience.Gather and analyze feedback to implement continuous improvements in the onboarding process.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., MS Office and HR platforms).Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR process transformation.Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.Get notified as soon as the applications open.
