Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Oversee employee performance management systems and facilitate employee evaluations.
Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle employee relations issues.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the accounting industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
