In this strategic and dynamic role, the successful candidate will support and coordinate the implementation and development of HR processes, policies, and procedures. Additionally, they will offer guidance and advice on human resources matters to our headquarters and concessions.This role will include the following core activities and responsibilities:Serve as the on-site and main Human Resources contact for all employees located in Portugal, multilocation offices, and other locations (if applicable) for providing generalist Human Resources support.Partner with concession leadership to carry out Human Resources initiatives, attend daily needs, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout.Work very closely with Human Resources in Austin HQ and Madrid HQ, ensuring consistency across in our practices and a similar employee experience across our geographies through initiatives implementation and special projects.Partner with legal on employment matters, collective bargaining agreements, and union negotiations.Oversee payroll verification, compliance and approval for employees based in Portugal (multi-cities).Oversee the labor contracting, hiring, and onboarding.Manage, coordinate, and administer recruitment and personnel selection as appropriate
