Main Tasks/Functions: Develop and implement HR strategies; Ensure the management of human resources, guaranteeing ease in recruitment and selection processes, benefits management, performance evaluation, and training; Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimizing HR processes, as well as ensuring their implementation; Ensure compliance with current legislation, practices, and policies; Implement human resources indicators to support decision-making; Successful Applicant: Qualifications: Degree in human resources management or similar; At least 5 years' experience in a similar role; Solid knowledge of labor law; Skills: Agility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Ability to adapt; Proactivity and focus on problem-solving; Good interpersonal skills; Main Conditions: Location: Type: Full-time, fully office-based; Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary according to experience, health insurance, professional development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
