Human Resources Director

You will be working in a relaxed and friendly environment with engaging and dynamic challenges.Main Tasks/Functions:Develop and implement HR strategies;Ensure the management of human resources, guaranteeing ease in recruitment and selection processes, benefits management, performance evaluation, and training;Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimizing HR processes, as well as ensuring their implementation;Ensure compliance with current legislation, practices, and policies;Implement human resources indicators to support decision-making;Successful Applicant:Qualifications:Degree in human resources management or similar;At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;Solid knowledge of labor law;Skills:Agility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;Ability to adapt;Proactivity and focus on problem-solving;Good interpersonal skills;Main Conditions:Location:Type:Full-time, fully office-based;Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary according to experience, health insurance, professional development opportunities.
