Ideal Candidate Profile: – Previous experience of 2-5 years in the role, preferably in the hotel sector.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken).
– Qualifications in the field (degree or professional course in HR management).
– Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.
Responsibilities: Ensuring effective labour relations and a positive working environment in line with the company culture.Technical and administrative HR management, including salary processing and benefits management.Coordinating internal communication between departments and promoting a culture of collaboration.Planning and coordinating training and development programmes for teams.Recruiting new employees, including screening candidates and taking part in interviews.Implementing employee recognition programmes and well-being initiatives.Conflict management and resolving HR-related problems.Do you think you'd be an asset to the team?
