As an HR Business Partner, you will be the HR contact point closely collaborating with contributors in your scope. You will advise, listen, and support employees throughout their professional careers to ensure their experience in the company meets their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:Carry out internal mobility, external recruitment, and integration of employees into the enterprise or new functions.Work closely with staff and managers to build career paths by supporting them in identifying professional interests and expectations, and implementing their development plans to enhance job performance and professional growth.Identify and accompany high-potential collaborators by implementing specific development programs aimed at professional and career development.Implement organizational development activities concerning the description and analysis of functions, as well as the design, monitoring, and assessment of skill profiles to ensure a solid foundation for all HR processes and adopt a forward management perspective of functions and competencies.Update the system and monitor staff in the use of the performance evaluation system in place.The mission is important, but the Team and the workplace too!
