Responsibilities Respond to employee requests related to simple issues unresolved via the employee portal and monitor individual employee files, including disciplinary actions.
Assist managers throughout the managerial cycle on HR issues, including recruitment, staff adjustments, integration, objective setting, evaluation, remuneration, training, and internal and international mobility, ensuring compliance with Group and Country rules and local steering bodies.
Perform various analyses (performance or remuneration campaigns, classification, exit interviews, etc.) and establish associated action plans to continuously improve HR processes.
Monitor and update HR indicators using tools and information systems, including workforce monitoring.
Advise managers on organization, workload management, and working conditions to enhance employee well-being and efficiency.
Participate in the deployment of local HR policies (corporate systems evolution, ergonomics, employee benefits redesign, etc.) or Group-wide initiatives (risk mapping, ethics, etc.) through data collection, simple analyses, and communication actions with managers and employees.
Lead local social dialogue, fostering a constructive and positive workplace environment.
Required Skills 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial context (mandatory).
MS Office and knowledge HR information systems.
English level B1 (mandatory) and Spanish proficiency is appreciated.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings effectively.
Skilled in managing conflicts and acting as a facilitator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Collaborative and service oriented.
