The role of the Group Environmental Data & Digital Tool Coordinator is to manage the design, upgrade, training and use of our reporting tools related to Environmental topics (yearly and monthly reporting, audits, investments).She/he will analyses data to give input for the definition of Strategic plan and yearly targets.Essential responsibilities & dutiesThe main missions of the role are to:Creation and update of existing and new tools to ensure environmental compliance and performance follow-up for the FORVIA Group.Administrator, community manager and trainer of:Monthly reporting tool called ERT (Environmental Reporting Tool) in coordination with internal designerYearly HSE reporting as part of extra-financial reporting to publish legal documents (Universal Reporting Document) with external consulting companyCorrespondant of Project Manager to tools (FRED; Chemical Management System, mLean) used by HSE network asKey account leader to propose imporvement and validate commun processes and represents the Environmental Group team in project management teamsAdministrator, community manager and trainer to use these tools:Data analyst supporting target setting (SP and budget, incl.
FVC) via multi-factor analyses, ensuring investment follow-up and performance tracking (specific follow-up for top contributors)Project manager for new legal watch tool and audit planning.
ProfileThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Master Degree / BachelorEducation domain: Ideally Business school combine with data analytics / Engineer with data backgroundNice to have: HSE knowledgeMinimum 2 years professional experience in data analytics Technical skillsData analytics, ideally expereinced in Pallantir or equivalent Data Management PlatformPowerApps, PowerBI, Excel Languages:Fluency in English Behavioral skillsRigorousAnalytical apprachFocus on internal customer contraints and requirementsAble to compile and deliver effective trainings on reporting toolsAble to propose improvement of tools Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
