Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes. Publish job adverts on various job portals and websites. Screen CVs and shortlist candidates. Perform administrative duties related to the recruitment process. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) programs. Requisitos Educational background in HR or a similar field. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
