About the role Our Performance & Analytics team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on Performance and Data Analytics in collaboration with HR Representatives and Digital Technology.As a Human Resources Analytics Specialist, you will work on Performance, HR Data and dashboarding to support our HR Community. You will get the opportunity to provide meaningful HR information and have a positive impact on Solvay's HR and Workforce decisions.You will be accountable for:Advanced Reporting and Data AnalysisMaintain and develop functional documentation for Data Governance, Data Quality, Performance and Dashboards.Contribute in projects around Performance Quality, People Analytics and Data Quality: Requirements gathering, supporting design phase, stakeholders coordination within HR, Global Business Services Human Resources Service Line, and also Digital Technology and end usersDeliver training sessions, recurrent refresh for HR dashboard content, and contribute to Data Definitions and HR Data Catalog.Analyze HR data, metrics and statistics, and apply HR Data to support stakeholders' decision making.We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.About you Relevant education degree or equivalent in Data Analytics and/or Human Resources.Relevant work experience in HR Reporting and/or Data Analytics.Fluency in EnglishAt least 1 year experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets, SAP BWSuccessFactors Reporting is a plusSQL knowledge is a plusExperience in Dashboarding tools is a plus (ex: Power BI; Tableau; QlikSense, and other analytics solutions)Transformation of raw data into insightsBehaviors:Good data analysis skills and attention to detail.User orientation mindset.Good communication skills.About the pay and benefits Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 18200 EUR to 23000 EUR Annual Base Salary, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
