Human Resources Analyst (m/f/d) - AlcanenaResponsibilities:Reporting to the international HR, you will be responsible for:Reporting, dashboard and other activities linked to training performance monitoring;Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department;Working closely with the HR team;Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production and contribution and work toward process simplification.What do you need to succeed:Degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialization or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas being a plus;Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal);3 years of experience;Process driven and always seeking continuous improvement;Advanced Excel skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;The ability to communicate with management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.What the company can offer you:Temporary contract with Hays, with the possibility to integrate the headcount of our client - SSC.
