Human Resources Analyst (m/f/d) - AlcanenaResponsibilities:Reporting to the international HR, you will be responsible for:Reporting, dashboard and other activities linked to training performance monitoring; Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training; Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform; Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction; Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department; Working closely with theHR team; Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production and contribution and work toward process simplification.What do you need to succeed:Degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialization or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas being a plus; Fluent in Portuguese andEnglish (written and verbal); 3 years of experience;Process driven and always seeking continuous improvement; Advanced Excel skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills; The ability to communicate with management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.What the company can offer you:Temporary contract with Hays, with the possibility to integrate the headcount of our client - SSC.
