Accountabilities: As a Human Resources Advisor supporting the UK & Ireland, you will work within a team to deliver day-to-day advice on the administration of policies and programs covering one or a number of core areas of HR delivery within the UK & Ireland (e.G. recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, etc). You will handle your own tasks and operate independently to interpret, diagnose, and resolve identified problems, advancing only complex issues for resolution. You will assist line managers to understand, interpret, and apply HR policies, including providing the ground support in the execution of HR delivery in your specialist area.
