Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for an HRIS Service Support Analyst. This position requires a blend of project management, technical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Participate in system implementation, configuration, and testing.
Develop testing strategies and support data migration.
Create user documentation and training materials.
Contribute to post-go-live planning.
Manage support tickets and requests at various levels (L1, L2, L3).
Provide technical support and incident resolution.
Maintain system configurations and data integrity.
Develop and maintain support documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis, service support, or HRIS implementation.
Strong technical skills, including HRIS systems, data migration, and testing.
Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience with Beqom or any compensation platform is a plus.
Fluent in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
Availability to work in Hybrid in Lisbon.
