Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. In this project you'll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are looking for an HRIS officer to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).
Profile: Significant experience in one or several HR fields such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Social Laws, HRIS;
Great communicator, flexible, team player, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills;
Successful track record in drawing up plans, projects, and policies and managing these convincingly;
Integrity, confidentiality and rigor in applying and explaining rules.
Responsibilities: Design and Implement the state-of-the-art processes and policies in its HR specialty to improve employee, manager, candidate and HR experience;
Provide support to local HR team to propose the most relevant and pragmatic HR solutions;
Ensure all local HR policies comply with relevant legislation and are correctly implemented within the organization;
Develop and maintain a strong network with all relevant internal and external stakeholders;
Suggest opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and new potential projects and participate in or lead (inter)national projects.
