Ensure Strong relationship with External Vendors Collaborating with HR managers, HR Expertise owners and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs and priorities. Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management. Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests. Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries. Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data. Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required. Supervising the

- friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation. Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department. Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws. JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRIS Manager position or 5 years of HRIS Project Manager
Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems data interface
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes. Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes. Proficiency in HRM software, such as SAP Success
Factors
Exceptional ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and to train staff. Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
