Job Description
In your new role, you will be globally responsible for Time Management solution (Kronos). You will focus on managing the platform demands, ensuring high HR Data Quality, GDPR compliance and supporting with the global rollout project. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with HR, IT and other stakeholders in global HR projects.
In your new role you will:
Be responsible for the global platform and tool governance for a time management solutionConsult on global authorization concept and act as a gatekeeper to keep platform and tool landscape consistentDrive high level of data quality by providing technical solutions, frameworks and guidanceUnderstand interdependencies to other platforms and toolsEnsure alignment with multiple internal/external stakeholders and act as next level customer supportDrive platform or tool related strategy and roadmap together with other stakeholdersMaximize value by identifying additional improvements (e.g. automation) / functionalities (e.g. new modules) the platform or tool allowsSupport a global rollout project for time management in the role of a platform ownerSupport and consult in global HR projects related to our global platformsFocus on the overall customer experience. You are tech-savvy and enthusiastic about leveraging innovative HR technologies and digital solutions. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and know how to build strong, lasting connections. You are skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders and generate value with your ideas and solutions. Moreover, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with multicultural backgrounds, all with a customer-centric approach to drive business outcomes.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or similar fields of studyAt least 3 years of experience as global HR platform/tool owner, system administrator or other similar roles in a multinational working environmentProven expertise in data deletion concepts, and execution on multiple platforms/toolsIn-depth knowledge of data quality governanceHands-on experience with Kronos (Cloud based Time Management Solution)Proficiency in SAP time managementExperience with rollout of global time management solution is preferredFluent in English – German is an advantage.Please send us your CV in English.
