What you will do:
Provide expert support to the HR Manager in preparing written advice for stakeholders and optimizing/implementing global HR processes and procedures.
Ensure full compliance with Portuguese labor laws, overseeing employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and workplace safety regulations.
Analyze and present HR data, identify legal risks, and offer solutions for process improvements.
Support all People Administration Processes, ensuring timely completion and continuous optimization of workflows and methods.
Manage disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with local labor regulations at all stages.
Oversee time and attendance management, including annual leave, absences, and long-term leaves.
Assist in payroll processes, working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth and accurate payroll cycles.
Provide administrative and legal expertise across the organization, contributing to a strong, compliant HR infrastructure.
Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational development, and driving HR initiatives to meet business objectives.
What will make you successful for the role:
Degree in HR, Law, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in BPO or large operations.
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations.
Fluent in Portuguese & English (C1 level).
Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for continuous improvement.
A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.
